The scope of work covers the main entrance hall, common areas, and private residential units, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality living experience throughout the development.
The design concept is inspired by the traditional culture and architectural identity of the city, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Carefully selected materials, textures, and spatial compositions create warm, elegant interiors that reflect local heritage while meeting modern lifestyle expectations.
